Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return
    • Contact our customer service team at Helpdesk@traditionsalive.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and further instructions.
  3. Packaging and Shipping
    • Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
    • Ship the item(s) back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow [5 business days] for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
